You share pre-screened candidates along with:

• Initial availability
• Language proficiency (if relevant)

Medical & Background Clearance

You help candidates complete:

• Medical exams
• Police clearance certificates

Sign a Travel & Logistics Agreement

Onboarding in Kazakhstan

• Provide local SIM cards, orientation
